Psalms 73:14

"Blessed is the man whom thou chastenest, O LORD, and teachest him out of thy law;"

"And ye have forgotten the exhortation which speaketh unto you as unto children, My son, despise not thou the chastening of the Lord, nor faint when thou art rebuked of him:"

"Many are the afflictions of the righteous: but the LORD delivereth him out of them all."

"Why is my pain perpetual, and my wound incurable, which refuseth to be healed? wilt thou be altogether unto me as a liar, and as waters that fail?"

"Wherein ye greatly rejoice, though now for a season, if need be, ye are in heaviness through manifold temptations:"

"You only have I known of all the families of the earth: therefore I will punish you for all your iniquities."

"And that thou shouldest visit him every morning, and try him every moment?"

"Is it good unto thee that thou shouldest oppress, that thou shouldest despise the work of thine hands, and shine upon the counsel of the wicked?"

"Thou renewest thy witnesses against me, and increasest thine indignation upon me; changes and war are against me."
