KJV Bible study with cross-reference links

Search KJV Bible verses. Follow their cross-references.

Search the KJV by a reference such as John 3:16 or a remembered phrase such as "for God so loved the world". Then read the chapter, test a linked passage, and save a verse to revisit.

A useful way to follow a cross-reference

Start with the chapter

A familiar line can sound different when its speaker, audience, and surrounding argument are visible. Read before and after the verse before opening a list of links.

Test one connection

Choose a linked passage and read its own chapter. Ask whether it repeats words, describes the same event, draws a contrast, or makes a direct quotation. A link by itself does not settle that question.

Return and write a note

Go back to your starting passage. Write one observation supported by both contexts and one question you still have. Save the verse in My Study if you want to revisit it.
