A focused first visit
Start Here: Follow One Passage Well

Ask better questions
Use a few questions to separate what the passage says from the conclusions you are beginning to draw.
Use the question guide →A simple study note
Before you leave, write down three short answers in your own words:
- What is happening in the immediate passage?
- What repeated word, idea, or contrast did you notice?
- Which linked passage helped you see the first passage more clearly—and why?
If a connection is unclear, that is useful information. Keep reading the contexts rather than forcing a conclusion.
